FAQ
How and when am I paid?
On the second Friday of each month, we will direct deposit your gross profit for the previous month's completed bookings.
I already have my property listed on AirBnB. How will I transfer the listing?
If you have already listed your property(s) on AirBnB or other property management websites, no need to worry! With our modern solutions, we can easily assume ownership of your listings during the onboarding process!
Can I see when my property is booked?
Yes! We will provide a unique login for owners to view the calendar for your bookings, as well as access to your financials for your listing(s)!
Can I set aside time throughout the year to use the property myself?
Yes! We can block out any dates that you would like to reserve for your own personal use or for any other reason. Keep in mind that if you live in it for more than 14 days, or 10% of the total days you rent it to others at a fair rental price, limitations may be applied to the rental expenses you can deduct.
